By using Crendo (the “Service”), a product of Beyonder Technology, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
The Service
Crendo provides free, AI-assisted tools for YouTube creators, including title generation, channel audits, idea generation, and earnings estimates. The Service is currently in an early, pre-launch state and is offered “as is” without warranties.
AI output and estimates are guidance, not guarantees
All AI-generated content, scores, and earnings estimates are informational only. Earnings figures are rough ranges based on public benchmarks—your actual results will differ. You are responsible for what you publish and for verifying anything before you rely on it. Crendo is not financial or business advice.
Acceptable use
- Don't abuse, scrape, or attempt to overload the Service or its rate limits.
- Don't use the tools to create misleading, illegal, or harmful content.
- Don't resell or redistribute the Service without permission.
We may apply fair-use limits and may suspend access that abuses the free tools.
Intellectual property
You own the inputs you provide and the outputs you generate for your own use. The Crendo brand, interface, and software remain ours.
Third-party data
Channel audits rely on the YouTube Data API and reflect public information that may be inaccurate or outdated. Crendo is not affiliated with YouTube or Google LLC.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crendo and Beyonder Technology are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
