Privacy Policy

Crendo (“we”, “us”) is a product of Beyonder Technology. This policy explains what we collect and why. We keep it deliberately small.

What we collect

• Tool inputs: the text you type into a tool (a topic, niche, or channel handle) so we can return a result. We do not require an account to use the free tools.
• Public YouTube data: when you run a Channel Audit, we read publicly available data via the YouTube Data API. We never access private analytics or require you to log in.
• Waitlist email: if you join the waitlist, we store your email solely to contact you about early access.
• Basic technical data: we record a coarse request count per IP address to prevent abuse of our free AI tools, and we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate traffic.

How we use it

To operate the tools, generate AI output, prevent abuse, and—if you opted in—email you about Crendo. We do not sell your data, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Third parties

Tool inputs are sent to Anthropic (Claude) to generate AI responses, and channel lookups go to the YouTube Data API operated by Google. These providers process the data only to return a result. Saved channel audits may be displayed on a public, shareable report page based only on public information.

Data retention

Waitlist emails are kept until you ask us to remove them. Cached channel audits and abuse counters are kept for operational purposes and refreshed or cleared periodically.

Your rights

You can ask us to access or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@crendo.io. We honour applicable data-protection rights, including under Indonesia's UU PDP and the EU GDPR where they apply.
